About

A daily, rules‑driven blend that rides 3× stocks in good times, buys dips after sharp drops, and ducks to T‑Bills or bonds when risk spikes—occasionally hedging overheated tech with inverse semiconductors (SOXS).
NutHow it works
It splits your money three ways and adjusts daily. In calm, rising markets it rides 3× stock funds (mostly tech via TQQQ, plus S&P 500 via UPRO). If stocks drop hard short‑term, it buys the dip. If risk rises, it parks in T‑Bills (BIL) or pairs stocks with long Treasuries (TMF). When tech looks overheated, it may briefly hedge with an inverse chip fund (SOXS).
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this strategy targets ~52.6% annualized return vs SPY’s ~22.4%, with Calmar ~1.19 and Sharpe ~1.24—delivers strong upside through dynamic leverage and hedges, while acknowledging larger drawdowns (~44%) in stressed markets.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
