A 50/50 blend of a hedged total-market plan and a momentum-based fund-picking plan, using layered hedges (volatility, dollar, and gold) and RSI signals to navigate risk and aim for higher returns.

Two strategies run in parallel: Total Market Hedged (protects broad market exposure with layered hedges) and Fund Surfing (selects momentum-based, levered funds). Each side uses simple momentum and trend rules (RSI, moving averages, drawdown) to decide what to hold and when to add hedges. The two halves are kept at roughly equal weight (50/50); drift is limited by a defined corridor and rebalanced if needed. Leveraged ETFs add risk but seek higher upside; hedges include UVXY, UUP/GLD, and SQQQ.
