This strategy splits money 50/50 between two fast-moving systems. One side tries to own U.S. stocks—especially big tech—when conditions look healthy, but shifts into safety or downside protection when markets look stressed. The other side “surfs” among stock, tech, bond, and commodity funds, buying the ones that recently fell the most and may bounce back. It can also use aggressive hedges when fear spikes.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
