Uses two gauges: RSI (speed of 10‑day up/down moves) and moving averages (20/200‑day trend lines). If QQQ’s RSI >59 and SPY is above its 200‑day trend, it holds TQQQ (3x Nasdaq‑100). If weak/oversold, it may buy dips via TECL/UPRO or switch to SQQQ (3x short QQQ) or TLT (Treasuries). If overheated (very high RSI in TQQQ/SPXL—3x Nasdaq/S&P), it briefly uses UVXY (volatility). Otherwise it holds DVY (dividends).
