A high-risk trading system that uses Bitcoin-related funds as signals to jump into leveraged U.S. stock funds, move to cash-like Treasuries, or occasionally bet against the S&P 500.
NutHow it works
This strategy does not buy Bitcoin directly. Instead, it watches two Bitcoin-related funds—GBTC and BITO—as a market “mood signal.” If Bitcoin looks strong but not overheated, it buys aggressive stock funds: SPXL (a 3x bet on the S&P 500) or TQQQ (a 3x bet on the Nasdaq). If the signal weakens, it moves to BIL, a very short-term Treasury fund that acts like a cash parking spot. A smaller side rule sometimes buys SPXS, which profits when the S&P 500 falls.
