Cycles between crypto‑proxy stocks and a momentum/defensive stock sleeve based on Bitcoin’s 4‑year rhythm, using the S&P 500’s RSI to hedge when overheated and to add a small leveraged tilt when deeply oversold.

It times the Bitcoin 4‑year cycle. Years 1–3: about 80% in Bitcoin‑proxy stocks (MSTR, COIN, miners) plus some T‑bills (BIL), 20% in a rules‑based stock sleeve. Year 4: flip those weights. The stock sleeve reads the S&P 500’s RSI (a 0–100 “hot/cold” meter). If very hot (>77) it parks in VIXM (a volatility hedge). If normal, it owns the 3 strongest big stocks; if very cold (<30) it also adds a small 3× bull ETF tilt (TECL/TNA/SPXL).
