It times the Bitcoin 4‑year cycle. • Years 1–3: 80% goes to Bitcoin‑linked stocks (MicroStrategy, Coinbase, and BTC miners), with ~20% of that bucket parked in T‑Bills (BIL). 20% goes to a rotating stock sleeve that holds the 3 strongest big names by recent strength. • That sleeve uses an RSI “heat gauge” on the S&P 500: if very hot, it parks in a volatility fund (VIXM); if very cold, it adds a small stake in 3× bull funds (TECL/TNA/SPXL). • Year 4: flip those weights (80% to the stock sleeve, 20% to Bitcoin‑linked stocks).
