Strong BTC: buy BITO/GBTC or proxies MSTR/COIN/miners (strongest one). Weak/too hot BTC: use BITI (short), cash-like T-Bills (SHV/BSV), or tech fallback (TQQQ/UPRO) with UVXY hedge. Bond/gold/dollar filters flip risk on/off. Rebalances daily.
