First it asks: is the S&P 500 (SPY) above its 200‑day average? If yes (risk‑on), it buys the strongest movers—often tech/semis (e.g., TQQQ=3x Nasdaq, SPXL=3x S&P, SOXL=3x semis) and select single‑stock ETFs. If prices look overheated (RSI>~80, a 0–100 “hot/cold” gauge), it hedges with UVXY (volatility) plus cash/BTAL. If weak (risk‑off), it flips to bearish funds (SQQQ, SOXS) or bonds (TLT/TMF). KMLM (managed‑futures) is a trend cross‑check. Rebalanced daily.
