Each day it looks at a fixed list of ~20 U.S. stocks (mostly chips/tech plus a few industrial/space names). It measures a very short-term, smoothed view of price (a 2‑day EMA), buys the 5 strongest and 5 weakest, then gives bigger weights to the steadier names (inverse volatility). Rebalanced daily.
