About

A daily, one-ETF strategy that rides big tech in uptrends (TQQQ), buys sharp dips (TECL/SPXL), and shifts to volatility (UVXY), inverse equity (SQQQ/SPXS), cash-like bonds (BIL/BSV), or gold (GLD) when risk rises—using a simple heat gauge (RSI) and trend checks.
NutHow it works
Daily it holds one ETF. Trend: if SPY is above its 200‑day average, it usually owns TQQQ (3x Nasdaq/tech). Heat: if prices look overheated (RSI = 0–100 heat gauge), it switches to UVXY (volatility). Washouts: if RSI is very low, it buys TECL (3x tech) or SPXL (3x S&P). Else: if tech is rising keep TQQQ; if not, pick the strongest of SQQQ/SPXS (3x shorts), BIL (T‑bills), BSV (short bonds), or GLD (gold).
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: Sharpe ~3.0 vs SPY ~2.0; outsized upside from tech leadership, dip-buying, and volatility hedges. Strong risk-adjusted returns, but be aware of higher drawdowns in downturns.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
