Step 1: Trend check. If the S&P 500 (SPY) is above its 200‑day average (a long‑term typical price), it treats markets as a bull; otherwise a bear. Step 2: Positioning. In bulls it rides tech/semis via 3x funds (SOXL, TQQQ, UPRO). In bears it leans more on hedges, cash, Treasuries and gold. It buys big dips and hedges overheated markets using RSI (a 0–100 heat gauge of how stretched prices are). Small steady slices stay in T‑Bills (BIL), gold (GLD) and Treasuries (TLT). Rebalanced daily.
