This strategy checks whether the market looks too hot or too beaten down using a 10-day momentum gauge called RSI. If markets look overheated, it moves into UVXY, a fund that tends to rise when market fear jumps. If conditions are calmer, it tries to buy hard-hit high-risk funds like tech or semiconductors for a rebound. If stocks look weak versus KMLM, it shifts into defensive bearish funds or long Treasuries.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
