Daily, it asks: is the market in an uptrend (SPY above its 200‑day average)? If yes, play offense: fade “too hot” moves with inverse funds (SQQQ/SPXU), buy biotech (LABU) on sharp selloffs, otherwise hold a tech‑heavy basket (TQQQ + big tech). If no, play defense: prefer inverse funds or short‑term bonds (BSV) when fear is high (UVXY), but still buy biotech on extreme washouts. RSI is a short‑term heat score (high=hot, low=washed‑out).
