This strategy splits money across 5 mini-strategies. Each one checks very recent market behavior: Is tech surging, crashing, getting too hot, or calming down? Based on that, it moves into aggressive funds that bet on rising stocks, falling stocks, or changes in market fear. When conditions look dangerous or unclear, it often parks money in BIL, a cash-like Treasury-bill fund.
