When things look overheated, it flips to volatility (UVXY) or short ETFs (SPXS/SQQQ/SOXS). If risk spikes, it hides in T‑bills (BIL). RSI = a 0–100 “hot/cold” meter; high = overheated, low = washed‑out. “Std dev” = how jumpy prices are. “Max drawdown” = biggest recent drop. It also compares bonds vs stocks to choose risk‑on Tech or a hedge (DGRW + SH).
