RSI here is a simple speed/heat gauge (high=too hot, low=washed‑out). - Stress watch: if a VIX fund (VIXM) runs hot, hedge with UVXY (jumps when fear spikes). - Pop Bots: after sharp drops (RSI<30) buy 2–3× stock funds: SPXL (S&P 500), TQQQ (Nasdaq‑100), SOXL/“USD” (semis). If overheated (RSI>80) use UVXY; else park in T‑Bills (BIL). - Double Pop: same idea but only after extra stock/bond trend checks. - Adaptive core: otherwise rotate among stocks, long Treasuries, commodities, and the US dollar, tilting to steadier picks. In calm times a small sleeve holds monthly‑pay funds (CII, AMZA).
