This strategy splits money across 12 mini-strategies and lets each one make its own call. Most of them ask: Is an area of the market rising, falling, overheated, or washed out? If strength is improving, they buy it. If it looks weak or too hot, they switch to safer holdings like short-term Treasury funds—or sometimes bet the other way. It focuses heavily on tech, bonds, commodities, gold, energy, and the U.S. dollar, and it often uses boosted funds that can move much more than the market.
