About

A rules-based, multi-asset trend/momentum portfolio. It leans into tech and energy when trends lead, shifts to Treasuries/staples or cash (and sometimes shorts) when weak, and adds commodities, gold, and the dollar for diversification.
NutHow it works
Your money is split into equal sleeves. Each sleeve follows simple price rules: Trend (is price above a long average?), a hot/cold gauge (RSI: overheated vs washed‑out), and tech vs defensive strength. Based on those, it holds growth (tech), defensive (Treasuries/staples), commodities/oil, gold, the U.S. dollar, or cash. Some sleeves use leveraged ETFs.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: Sharpe 1.264 vs SPY 1.222, Calmar 1.192, max drawdown 12.5% vs 18.8%. A diversified, rules-based multi-asset trend system aiming for growth with superior risk control and downside protection.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
