About

Rules‑based, daily strategy that rides tech/semiconductor swings with leveraged ETFs, fades overbought spikes with volatility or inverse funds, and uses bond signals to switch between offense and defense; sometimes trades Bitcoin/ARK/AAPL/TSLA.
NutHow it works
Daily it checks stock/bond trends and a short‑term “heat meter” (RSI: high=hot, low=oversold). If stocks trend up and just dipped, it buys fast tech/semis (TQQQ, SOXL). If things look too hot, it hedges with volatility (UVXY) or inverse funds (SQQQ/SOXS). If trends turn down or bonds say risk‑off, it flips to inverse funds, cash‑like T‑bills (BIL/SHY), or rate trades (TMF/TMV). Side overlays may trade Bitcoin proxies (BITO/BITI), ARK (TARK/SARK), and AAPL/TSLA bull/bear ETFs.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample results show high upside: ~81% annualized OOS return and Calmar ~1.63, with Sharpe ~1.41 vs SPY. Tradeoff: higher drawdowns (~50%). Dynamic hedging with bonds/volatility targets tech/semis’ growth with risk controls.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
