Each day it reads short-term “heat” (RSI) in Treasury funds to set the backdrop. - Friendly bonds: ride 3x tech/semis (SOXL/TECL), unless the S&P 500 is extremely hot, then hide in SHY (short Treasuries). - Caution: fade extremes—if high‑beta stocks run hot, use 3x bear (SOXS/SQQQ); otherwise use 3x bull (SOXL/TECL).
