This strategy checks the market’s “temperature” every day using stock and bond signals. If conditions look favorable, it makes an aggressive bet on either technology or semiconductor stocks using 3x leveraged funds. If the market looks overheated, it moves into short-term U.S. government bonds for safety. In some mixed conditions, it can even bet against tech for a short-term pullback.
