A very aggressive daily strategy that usually bets on fast-rising U.S. tech and stock funds, but can jump to cash-like T-bills, bonds, or bearish funds when markets look overheated or weak.

This strategy checks the market every day. If major stock areas look too hot after a fast run-up, it moves to very short-term Treasury bills (BIL), a cash-like parking spot. If not, it splits into two aggressive trading sleeves that try to ride strong uptrends in tech and U.S. stocks using leveraged funds, but switch into defensive bond funds or bearish funds when trends weaken. One sleeve also compares tech to KMLM, a managed-futures fund, to decide whether to stay bullish or turn more defensive/short.

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
