It checks a 10‑day “hotness” score (RSI: a 0–100 read of how fast QQQ has risen lately) on QQQ, a big tech index fund. If the score >75 (very hot), it goes 100% into UVXY—a fund that tends to jump when stocks drop and volatility spikes. Otherwise, it splits equally among Bitcoin‑linked names: MSTR (holds lots of BTC), BITO (BTC futures ETF), COIN (crypto exchange), RIOT/MARA/BITF (BTC miners). No routine rebalancing; it changes when the signal flips.
