A very active, rules‑based, multi‑asset strategy. It buys tech/semis on deep dips, hides in T‑Bills or hedges when markets run hot or volatility spikes, and mixes in bonds, gold/commodities, energy, and managed futures (e.g., KMLM/DBMF) for balance. Uses leveraged ETFs; high risk.

Each day, rules check: 1) heat/ice via RSI (a quick “too hot/too cold” gauge), 2) trend via moving averages, 3) stress via VIX ETFs. If stocks look overheated, it parks in T‑Bills (BIL/SHV/SHY) or hedges (SVXY/BTAL). If they look washed out, it buys growth/tech/semis with leveraged funds (TQQQ/TECL/SOXL). Between extremes it trends into bonds (TMF/TMV), gold/commodities, and managed futures (KMLM/DBMF) for diversification.
