An equal mix of two tactical systems: one rides or shorts tech (TQQQ/SQQQ) using trend and “heat” signals; the other buys the weakest fund in calm times or trades long/short long‑term Treasuries in stress. Can hold bonds, volatility, or managed futures. High risk.

Split in two. 1) Tech‑tactical: If the S&P 500 is above its 200‑day average, ride 3x Nasdaq (TQQQ). If things look overheated or jumpy (RSI: a 0–100 heat score; plus volatility checks), switch to 3x inverse (SQQQ), Treasuries (TLT), or a volatility hedge (VXX). If below the 200‑day, favor SQQQ or Treasuries, guided by a fear gauge (UVXY). 2) Fund‑surf: In calm markets, buy the most beaten‑down of UPRO/TQQQ/SHY. In stress, choose long or short 20+yr Treasuries (TMF/TMV). May add managed futures (DBMF).
