This strategy checks whether the stock market has risen too far, too fast using a tool called RSI—a “heat gauge” for recent price moves. If the market looks overheated, it shifts into crash-protection funds tied to market fear (UVXY/VIXY) or a defensive fund (BTAL). If conditions are weaker, it may rotate into the S&P 500, a leveraged S&P fund, an inverse S&P fund, or long-term Treasury bonds depending on whether the market looks strong, weak, or washed out.
