About

A rules-based, high‑octane switcher that rotates among semiconductors (long or short), volatility funds, 3× index ETFs, or top mega‑cap stocks using simple RSI “heat” checks on SPY and semiconductors. High risk; aims to exploit short‑term swings.
NutHow it works
It uses RSI (0–100 “heat gauge” of recent up vs down moves). 1) If the semiconductors ETF (SOXX) looks stronger than cash/T‑bills (BIL), it buys semis via SOXL—unless the S&P 500 (SPY) looks too hot, then it buys volatility (UVXY/VIXY). 2) If cash ≥ semis, it times semis (overbought → SOXS, oversold → SOXL). If no edge: SPY very hot → VIXM; very cold → best 2 of TECL/TNA/SPXL; else the 3 strongest big stocks (MSFT, AAPL, NVDA, etc.).
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: ~71% annualized return vs ~21% SPY, with Calmar ~1.64—strong risk-adjusted upside. Tactical rotations into semis, volatility hedges, and megacaps aim to outperform in swings (accept higher short-term volatility).

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
