This strategy is a fast-moving, high-risk trader focused mostly on tech and semiconductor stocks. It first asks: are chip stocks stronger than safe cash-like assets? If yes, it usually buys a turbocharged semiconductor fund. If the market looks too hot, it instead bets on a jump in volatility. If no, it becomes more defensive: it may bet against chip stocks, buy a volatility fund, or pick the 2–3 strongest big stocks like Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, or Amazon.
