About

A fast, rules-based trader that rides 3x tech/semiconductor uptrends but quickly flips to volatility hedges, short tech, or bond/commodity plays when stocks look overheated, weak, or when bond signals say risk-off. Very active and high risk.
NutHow it works
- It watches a speedometer for markets (RSI: 0–100). High = “too hot,” low = “washed out.” - If stocks get hot (esp. tech), it often hedges with volatility (UVXY) or short tech. If they’re washed out, it buys 3x tech/semis (TQQQ/SOXL/TECL). - It double‑checks with bonds: if long rates fall, it’s easier to be bullish (TMF). If rates rise, it leans defensive/short (TMV). - When commodity swings dominate, it shifts to a defense basket (gold, oil, USD, Brazil, cash, or inverse stock ETFs). - Inside each basket, it picks the strongest choice based on recent performance.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, it delivered 25.23% annualized vs SPY’s 22.31%, with positive alpha (~0.205%), by dynamically switching between 3x tech bulls, volatility/bond hedges, and macro overlays to pursue higher upside with adaptive risk management.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
