This strategy constantly checks whether the stock market—especially tech and chip stocks—is running too hot, falling too hard, or trending normally. If markets look overheated, it may bet on a pullback using bearish funds or volatility funds like UVXY. If markets look washed out, it may buy aggressive tech or semiconductor funds for a rebound. It also watches bond, commodity, and dollar trends to decide when to switch into defensive or inflation-related positions.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
