About

A daily, rules-based swing strategy that buys 3x tech/semis on dips, hedges or shorts when markets get “too hot,” and toggles TMF/TMV and other defensive assets using Treasury and momentum signals. High risk, high turnover.
NutHow it works
It’s a daily rule-set that swings between offense and defense using a few simple gauges: - RSI: a 0–100 “hot/cold” meter. Above ~70 = hot/overbought (sell rips). Below ~30 = cold/oversold (buy dips). - Bond trend: Treasuries vs T‑bills decide if rates are rising (favor TMV, hedges) or falling (favor TMF, growth). - Momentum spikes/dumps: Big 1–6 day moves in TQQQ trigger fades or dip-buys. In practice it buys 3x tech/semis (TQQQ, TECL, SOXL) when dips + bonds are friendly; flips to shorts (SQQQ, SOXS) or volatility (UVXY/VIXY) when markets look frothy; uses bonds (TMF/TMV), T‑bills (BIL/SHV), dollar (UUP), gold (GLD), or oil (UCO) in defense.
CheckmarkValue prop
Dynamic, rules-based swing strategy blends 3x tech exposure with macro hedges (bonds, gold, volatility) to time regimes the S&P may miss. Out-of-sample: ~11% annualized return, Sharpe ~0.54, offering diversification and systematic risk control amid volatility.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
