1) Read the market’s “mood” with simple gauges: is it hot or cold (RSI), and what’s the trend in stocks and long bonds? 2) If hot, hedge/short (volatility funds or inverse stock ETFs). If cold, buy fast movers (3x tech/semis). 3) Let bond signals pick TMF (falling rates) or TMV (rising rates). 4) If stress rises, rotate to cash-like bonds, gold, oil, USD, or select EM.
