About

A rules-based tactician: it flips between commodity momentum and a Nasdaq-100 playbook, rotating among QLD/QID, TLT, gold, and a commodity/hedge basket, equal-weighted and switching only when signals change.
NutHow it works
Step 1: Are commodities (DBC) in a strong uptrend (short > medium > long averages)? If yes, buy the 4 strongest from a basket spanning gold, silver, oil, grains, nat gas (long/short), real estate, and equity hedges—equal-weighted. Else run a Nasdaq-100 playbook using RSI (0–100 hot/cold), volatility, and a long-term average to rotate among 2x long QQQ (QLD), 2x short QQQ (QID), long Treasuries (TLT), or, in bear phases, gold/TLT or that same commodity basket.
CheckmarkValue prop
Adaptive, rules-based rotation between commodity momentum, inflation hedges, and Nasdaq signals. With a market beta around 0.57, it adds inflation-friendly diversification that complements the S&P 500 with a distinct return stream.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
