A fast-moving strategy that tries to buy sharp dips, step aside when markets look overheated or fearful, and otherwise rotate among leveraged stock, bond, volatility, and commodity funds.

This strategy checks whether markets look too hot, too cold, or calm. If stocks look overheated, it moves defensively into a mix of short-term Treasury bills and a volatility fund that can rise when fear jumps. If stocks look sharply beaten down, it buys aggressive 3x funds tied to semiconductors, the Nasdaq, or the S&P 500. Otherwise, it decides between a risk-on basket of leveraged U.S. stock funds or a fallback mix of the strongest recent bond and commodity funds.
