A fast-moving market-timing strategy that mostly bets on Nasdaq/tech when conditions are good, but quickly shifts to Treasury bills or defensive positions when stocks look overheated or weak.

This strategy checks the market every day and usually holds just one fund at a time. First, if several major stock areas look too hot after a fast run-up, it steps aside into BIL, a very short-term U.S. Treasury bill fund. If not, it follows a simple playbook: own QQQ when the broad market trend is healthy, buy tech on sharp dips, sometimes switch to aggressive stocks, and in weaker markets move to a defensive or bearish position.
