This portfolio is built to produce regular cash payouts while still owning stocks. Most of the money goes into dividend-focused funds: SCHD for U.S. companies, SCHY for overseas companies, and JEPI for extra income using an options strategy. The rest is split among real estate landlords and business lenders chosen for higher payouts. Every quarter, it resets back to its target weights.
