About
A weekly strategy that chases the strongest big-name stock or stock fund, leans on Eli Lilly, and switches to hedges or short-term bonds when the market looks overheated or stressed.
Each week, the strategy checks whether the U.S. stock market looks healthy, overheated, or in trouble.
If conditions look normal, it buys the strongest recent winner from a hand-picked list of stocks and market funds, with a special side allocation to Eli Lilly.
If the market looks too hot, it may hedge by buying an investment that rises when the S&P 500 falls. If the market is crashing, it shifts into short-term Treasury bonds or a volatility fund.
Out-of-sample edge: 23.68% annualized returns vs SPY's 21.53%, positive alpha, and a modest ~0.83 beta, plus built-in hedges for overheated markets. Higher upside with disciplined, weekly rotations.
