Two layers. 1) Quick layer: if the Nasdaq (QQQ) gets jumpy or extreme, it briefly shifts to safe, liquid ETFs (Treasuries, cash-like, USD, gold) or takes small bounce/hedge trades. 2) Core 2x2: compares growth stocks (QQQ) vs utilities (VPU) and corporate bonds (CORP) vs T‑bills (BIL) to pick one of four diversified baskets. RSI is a 0–100 “heat” score of recent buying vs selling.
