It shifts money daily between offense and defense using simple signals. - Trend check (200‑day average) says bull or bear. - Overheated (>80) or oversold (<30) price readings (RSI = 0‑100 “speedometer”) flip risk on/off. - Offense: QQQ/TQQQ, TECL, SOXL, UPRO; trends in XLE/DBC and EEM (EDC/EDZ). - Defense: T‑bills (BIL/SHV), BTAL, hedges (PSQ/SH/SPXU, UVXY/VIXY—jump when fear spikes). - Bonds: switch TMF↔TMV as rates fall/rise. Rebalances daily; uses leveraged ETFs, so swings can be large.
