About

A rule-based, daily‑rebalanced portfolio that rides stock and bond uptrends, but quickly hedges or moves to cash when markets look overheated or weak. It mixes tech growth, Treasuries, volatility funds, and commodities to seek gains while limiting big drawdowns.
NutHow it works
Daily, it reads trend (price vs a 200‑day average) and a 0–100 “hot/cold” score of recent moves. If trend is up and not overheated, it owns growth (often tech, sometimes with leverage). If overheated or falling, it cuts risk into T‑bills, buys funds that rise when fear spikes, or shorts. It also flips between long and inverse Treasuries. Side sleeves trade energy/commodities and the U.S. dollar when momentum turns up.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
