Five sleeves: Gold ~54%, US stocks ~25%, Emerging Mkts ~12%, REITs ~9%. Each sleeve rotates among a leveraged “bull” ETF (TQQQ=3x Nasdaq, TECL=3x tech, UGL=2x gold, DRN=3x REIT, EDC=3x EM), its “bear” twin (SQQQ, GLL, DRV, EDZ), long Treasuries (TLT/TMF), or a fear hedge (UVXY). It uses trend (price vs 200‑day avg), short‑term heat (RSI=0–100 gauge of how stretched moves are), and stocks‑vs‑bonds strength. Rebalanced daily.
