A symphony is an automated trading strategy — Learn more about symphonies here

About

Rules-based, daily strategy: ride tech uptrends with leveraged funds, buy sharp dips, and switch to hedges/shorts when signals weaken; plus separate sleeves that trade oil and Bitcoin only when their own trends look favorable.
NutHow it works
Each day it checks trend and “heat” of recent moves (RSI = quick strength/weakness score; MAs = price vs its recent average). In uptrends it holds aggressive tech funds; after big drops it buys dips. In weak markets it cuts risk, uses cash/bonds, or shorts/volatility. Separate rules trade oil and Bitcoin only when their own trends are strong.
CheckmarkValue prop
A disciplined, multi-sleeve strategy that leverages tech uptrends, buys dips, and hedges when needed. Beta ~0.58, out-of-sample Sharpe ~1.53 and Calmar ~3.13 with ~5% max drawdown—stronger risk-adjusted diversification vs SPY.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
