Each day, rules decide “risk-on” vs “risk-off.” If tech is strong and trends are up, it buys the strongest of TQQQ (3x Nasdaq‑100), SOXL (3x semis) or TECL (3x tech). If prices overheat or drop fast, it flips to hedges: UVXY (volatility), TMF (3x Treasuries), SPLV (low‑vol S&P) or UUP (U.S. dollar). When signals conflict, it holds a safer mix or top mega‑cap stocks.
