This strategy checks the market every day for signs that stocks—especially tech and semiconductors—have moved too far, too fast. If markets look overheated, it often buys funds that rise when fear spikes (like UVXY). If markets look beaten down, it often buys aggressive tech or chip funds like TECL or SOXL. When conditions look unsafe, it may hide in bonds, cash-like funds, gold, or other defensive holdings.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
