Daily it splits money: ~40% a tactical growth engine, ~60% a monthly‑dividend engine. It watches a fear gauge (VIXM). When fear is high, it mostly hides in T‑bills (BIL) and may buy volatility pops (UVXY). When calm, it buys dips in 3x funds (TQQQ=Nasdaq, SPXL=S&P 500, SOXL=semis) and otherwise holds dividend ETFs (SPHD/PEY/DHS). If drops get sharp, it can hedge with inverse funds (SQQQ/SPXU) or sit in short bonds (BSV). RSI is a hot/cold meter: <30 dip, >80 overheated.
