Rules-based “offense vs defense.” It watches trend (S&P vs 200‑day), hot/cold (RSI 0–100; >~80 hot, <~30 cold), credit (HYG), and fear (VIX). In calm uptrends it leans into turbo tech: TQQQ (3× Nasdaq), TECL (3× tech), SOXL (3× semis) and mega‑caps. If overheated or weak, it pivots to hedges: T‑Bills (BIL), BTAL, Treasuries (TMF/TMV), or bearish/vol funds (SQQQ, SPXU, UVXY/VIXM). Focus is tech/semis; can rotate into financials, energy, gold. Sharp moves trigger quick dip‑buys or trims.
