Rules-based, tech‑tilted. When the S&P 500 is in an uptrend (above its 200‑day avg), it rides fast tech funds (TQQQ/TECL/SOXL) and the strongest mega‑caps. If prices look overheated (RSI—a 0–100 “hot/cold” score—high) or after big one‑day jumps, it hedges with volatility funds (UVXY/VIXM) or light shorts. On sharp pullbacks it buys the dip. If trend turns down, it rotates to staples/low‑vol, cash‑like T‑bills (BIL), or flips between long/short Treasuries (TMF/TMV). High‑yield bonds (HYG) guide risk‑on/off.
