About

A rules-based, daily portfolio that pivots among US growth, hedges/shorts, emerging markets, and Treasuries. It uses a heat gauge (RSI), trend lines, and recent moves to buy rebounds, cut risk when overheated, and hold bonds/cash when trends weaken.
NutHow it works
Three sleeves run daily: - 60% Core stocks: If markets look “hot” (RSI = 0–100 heat gauge; high=hot), it hedges/shorts with PSQ/EUM or SSG. If “cold,” it buys rebounds in growth (QLD=2x Nasdaq, MGK=mega‑cap growth), but only when the 200‑day trend is up; else it stays defensive (SH/PSQ/staples) or bonds. - 20% EM: toggles EEM vs EUM by trend and risk. - 20% Treasuries: TLT when strong or washed‑out; else cash‑like SHV/BIL. May add GLD/DBO.
CheckmarkValue prop
Daily, rules-based strategy that pivots among growth, hedges, EM, and Treasuries to target higher risk-adjusted growth with smaller drawdowns. Out-of-sample: 36.44% annualized vs SPY 17.80%; Sharpe 1.73 vs 0.96; max drawdown 13.96% vs 18.76%.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
