1) Check market trend: if SPY is above its 200‑day average (a long‑term trend line), hold a concentrated mix of fast‑growing tech leaders plus QQQ. 2) If SPY is below it, two sleeves flip among shorting the Nasdaq (SQQQ/PSQ), shorting the S&P 500 (SPXS/SPXU), quick rebound longs (TQQQ), or cash (BIL), using short‑term trend, recent returns, and RSI (a 0‑100 “speed” gauge; low = weak).
