Core: a concentrated big‑tech basket (NVDA, MSFT, AMZN, etc., plus QQQ). It watches short‑term momentum (RSI, a 0–100 “speedometer”; >~80=hot, <~30=cold) and simple trend filters. If markets look hot, it keeps the core but adds ~20% UVXY (a VIX/volatility hedge). After sharp drops it tries a short bounce trade in tech/semis. In downtrends it shifts to inverse tech ETFs or T‑Bills, guided by RSI, 20‑day averages, and bond strength (TLT/IEF).
