About

A growth-focused, RSI-driven strategy that holds a concentrated tech/e-commerce core (NVDA, MSFT, AMZN, etc.) with a 20% volatility hedge (UVXY). It uses multiple RSI-based signals across major proxies to switch between the growth sleeve and hedges, occasionally invoking levered long/short ETFs for bear/bounce scenarios. No automatic rebalancing; outcomes depend on momentum and risk signals.
NutHow it works
Core is a growth sleeve (NVDA, MSFT, AMZN, ASML, META, TSM, NFLX, TW, GOOGL, plus QQQ). A volatility hedge (UVXY) sits at 20% when cash-equal is chosen; 80% goes to the growth group. The decision tree uses RSI momentum signals on major proxies (QQQ, SPY, etc.) with windows around 10–60 days and various thresholds (roughly 79–82+). If signals are strong, you tilt to growth; if weak or risk signals fire, you shift toward hedges (leveraged long/short ETFs such as TECL, SOXL, TQQQ, SQQQ, PSQ, SPXS) or cash, guided by additional filters (moving averages, drawdown checks). It also includes a “bounce catcher” mechanism to exploit short-term reversals. Overall, it’s a growth-focused, momentum-driven strategy with a built-in volatility hedge and multiple risk screens; rebalance is disabled, so positions drift only through signal-driven changes.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
