About

A daily, rules‑based switch that goes into TQQQ (3x Nasdaq‑100) when many trend and momentum signals are positive, and into SH (inverse S&P 500) when they’re not. Uses volatility, sector, bond, and index ‘weather vanes.’ High risk; big swings.
NutHow it works
Goal: ride uptrends with TQQQ; hide in SH when risk rises. It checks many “weather vanes” (volatility SVXY, big indexes like QQQ/DIA/IWM, sectors, and bonds). If these are above their moving averages (trend lines) and short‑term “hot/cold” gauges (RSI) favor risk‑on, it buys TQQQ. If trends weaken or defensives lead, it moves to SH. Very oversold RSIs can trigger a temporary TQQQ bounce buy. Rebalances daily.
CheckmarkValue prop
Dynamic, rules-based switching between TQQQ (up) and SH (down) aims for bigger upside and smarter risk control. Out-of-sample history shows stronger risk-adjusted returns vs the S&P 500 in volatile, drawdown-prone markets.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
